The insulation industry worked in concert with OSHA to develop training kits on voluntary safe work for insulation contractors. The kit included issue briefs, facts on the health and safety of the product, safety tool kit items, and a bilingual, contractor-friendly CD presentation.

With energy prices on the rise, the insulation contracting industry was interested in repositioning itself. Gemini was instrumental in putting together a one-day information gathering forum, pulling together key industry leaders from DOE, AEE, ASE and other energy allies. The forum was covered in the industry magazine and later turned into a merchandising piece to broaden exposure.

Mechanical insulation systems are very often under-specified. Gemini was hired to work with an ASHRAE technical committee to develop and market a mechanical insulation training program. Materials included program with speaker notes, student manual, and trade and web-based advertising.

The fabrication of fiber glass duct systems can be tricky business and render a duct system ineffective if not done properly. Gemini and a team of independent training consultants put on fabrication workshops across the country. Gemini is responsible for event planning, marketing, and the development and updating of student and instructor training information kits.

Gemini worked with RLS Logistics to develop simple presentation programs to explain complex food logistics issues. These presentations are used as "ice breakers" by the RLS sales team to help explain the variety of logistics options.
